Palveluntarjoaja myy tuotteita ja palveluita yksityishenkilöille, yrityksille ja yhteisöille. Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen, toimituskulujen ja toimitustapojen muutoksiin.
Tilaaminen
Tuotteet tilataan verkkokaupassa siirtämällä ne ostoskoriin ja maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö verkkomaksupalvelussa.
Kaikki asiakastiedot käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Tilauksen yhteydessä kysyttyjä yhteystietoja ei käytetä muuhun kuin tilauksen toimitukseen tai siinä ilmenevien epäselvyyksien selvittämiseen, ellei erikseen toisin mainita.
Tilatessasi verkkokaupasta sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin.
Maksaminen ja maksutavat
Verkkokaupan maksutavat riippuvat siitä, mitä maksutapoja ja maksunvälittäjiä palveluntarjoaja on ottanut käyttöönsä.
Paytrail
Valitsemalla verkkokaupassa maksutavaksi Verkkomaksun saat käyttöösi Paytrailin tarjoamat maksutavat. Maksunvälityspalvelun toteuttajana ja maksupalveluntarjoajana toimii Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) yhteistyössä suomalaisten pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa.
Paytrail Oyj näkyy maksun saajana tiliotteella tai korttilaskulla ja välittää maksun kauppiaalle. Paytrail Oyj:llä on maksulaitoksen toimilupa.
Reklamaatiotapauksissa pyydämme ottamaan ensisijaisesti yhteyttä tuotteen toimittajaan.

Valitsemalla verkkokaupassa maksutavaksi Korttimaksut, Google Pay, Apple Pay, maksunvälittäjänä toimii Stripe ja hyväksyt Stripen maksupalveluehdot sekä palveluntarjoajan yleiset ehdot.
Henkilöstöedut
Tilauksen voi maksaa ePassi tai Smartum maksutavalla, mikäli palveluntarjoaja on kytkenyt maksutavan päälle.

Kun olemme vastaanottaneet tilauksesi, lähetämme sinulle välittömästi sähköpostilla tilausvahvistuksen, josta näkyvät tilaustietosi.

Toimitusehdot
Saat maksun jälkeen sähköpostiin kuitin, joka toimii pääsylippuna tapahtumaan.
Peruutusehdot
Ostetulla pääsylipulla ei ole peruutus- / palautusoikeutta.

Ordering
